Appointment Guidelines

At the end of your service, you will return to the entry and sign in table where you can pay for your treatments, book future appointments, and purchase your favorite products.    

I/we accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal and Credit cards (which may incurred an additional $2 fee) as methods of payment for services rendered, products purchased, and/or adding gratuities. 

While gratuities are not expected, they are very much appreciated when offered. 

When booking your facials with me at LBF, I prepare and look forward to spending those  1-3 hours of blocked time Specifically Reserved for You

So, I kindly ask that you PLEASE call or text me at 818-522-4401 if you have to absolutely cancel.  

Emailing or replying to automated emails or texts from LBF will not be accepted as your form of a cancellation notice; and you will be charged a cancellation fee, regardless.

As much as I would hope for a 24 hour notice of cancellation, I do understand that life events happen, therefore cancellations within these hours of your pre-scheduled appointment time will be charged as follows:

• 12 hours notice of cancellation: $15
• 6 hours notice of cancellation: $20
• 2 hours notice of cancellation $45 
• No Show is 75% of the treatment that was booked

Rescheduling your booked appointment within 7 days from of the original booking date will be charged a $15 re-booking fee; that booking fee will be credited towards your re-booked appointment, if completed within those 7 days.  Any re-booking past those 7 days will be treated as a cancelation.
